WMB/IIB AggregateControl node flow should be GroupScatter node to run in ACE (WMB)
The AggregateControl node in WMB/IIB is tightly coupled to a backend WebsphereMQ. In ACE, the new GroupScatter node is preferred as there is no dependency on WebsphereMQ.
