Project file found but no corresponding application or library descriptor found (WMB)

Most WMB/IIB/ACE projects contain a “.project” file and an associated project meta data file.

This could be:
- library.descriptor
- application.descriptor
- restapi.descriptor
- service.descriptor

If this file is missing other developers will have issues working with the project once it is checked out from version control.
